I have heard that there will be two RMAF Open Days at Kuantan AB on 6 and 7th April 2013. For those unfamiliar with the place, Kuantan AB is the home of the MiG-29 and BaE Hawk squadrons, and is about 15km south of Kuantan town, heading south on the coast road. I will post further information as and when it comes in.
The weather forecast, however, does not look that good:

In particular, the weather on Saturday afternoon seems to be pretty grotty!
I found a blog posting about the Open Day in March 2011, and it looked pretty wet and grey then too.

So, dunno if I'll go... too many pictures from LIMA 2013 to post process!
But for all those within reach... have a good time.
Postscript:
MalaysiaFlying Herald has posted a report on the Kuantan AFB Open Day"
