UPDATED LIMA 2013 AERIAL DISPLAY LIST

A list dated 5th March 2013 has been placed at the www.lima.com.my website, at:

So, what's new, displaying at LIMA?

1) Gripen
2) KT-1Bs of the Jupiter aerobatic team


What is still not officially up?

The Russian Knights display team

Whatever it is, there is a nice collection of fighter aircraft vying for the MiG-29 replacement contract.

There are also 3 display teams (the Smokey Bandits, Kris Sakti and Jupiter), and hopefully the Russians will round up the fourth.


It is so interesting that such a few types of aircraft are replacing so many other types- it will make the sheer variety of classic airplanes a memory of the past.

Now all we need worry about is the weather.
